Summer is right around the corner. Don’t delay getting your exercise routine in place. I love using resistance bands for strength training because they are versatile, easy to use and easy to pack when I’m on the road. There’s no excuse to not use resistance training to increase your metabolism, lose belly fat and reach your weight loss goals safely.
